Job description
Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Guest Services SOP.
Deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
Ensure proficient up to date knowledge of Ski Egypt products, promotions and services, and provide training to the team.
Full detailed understanding of the ticketing, access control and call center systems.
Perform suggestive selling (up-selling strategy), advice and assist guests with sales and bookings.
Manage the guest service team during daily operations, including the information desk, ticket counters, and call center and access control.
Manage Admissions queues & escort guest to the right counter.
Ensure that you meet / greet /welcome & farewell guests with a SMILE.
Report any system errors immediately & follow up till sort it out.
Maintain track of Membership guest & built a data base accordingly.
Keep track of Staff data & ID Cards issuance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Graduate with English language verbal and written skills, Arabic desirable
1-2 previous Customer Service experience preferred
Computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications

Liaise with HR regarding the annual balance of vacations for Sales & Marketing Teams and Prepare “Monthly Attendance Sheet” for Department.
Make travel arrangements when required, issue payment recommendations of travel and other expenses for team members.
SAP input information as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Bachelor of Commerce
Minimum Experience: 3 Years
Word ( English and Arabic)
Excel
Power Point
